Cajun Chicken Salad

Boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned with cajun seasoning. Season both sides of chicken breast. Use whatever kind of lettuce you want. Garnish with tomato wedges and hard boiled egg wedges. Julianne into thin strips American and swiss cheese. Add salt to taste. Grill chicken breast, cut into strips and place on top of salad.
