Pasta Salad

1 lb. of small shells or bowtie pasta

Follow cooking direction on box. You can use any kind of pasta you want.

Chop in bite size pieces:
1 – Large Cucumber peeled
1 – Pint of grape tomatoes. Cut in half.
1 – Bunch of scallions. Green onions cut thin
1 – large green bell pepper or red sweet pepper
1 – 10oz bag match stick carrots use 1/2 bag (Cut smaller before adding)

Add:
1 – 4oz can sliced black olives
1 – 16oz bottle Quinns House Italian Dressing (Shake really well before adding)
1 – 2.62oz bottle of McCormick’s salad supreme

Cook pasta, drain. Add just enough dressing so that pasta doesn’t stick together. Add McCormick’s salad supreme. Mix well. Add all chopped vegetables and olives. Add remaining dressing. Mix all together. Best if made at least 1 to 2 days before serving. Let the flavors marinate together. Mix well before serving.
