Our Famous Quinn Salad

*We never used bagged salad. We cut everything fresh every morning.

The way we made it:
We used Iceburg lettuce, Romaine, red cabbage and carrots.

Chop into bite size pieces:
Onion, green pepper, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg

Julianne into thin strips:
Salami, ham, turkey, american cheese and swiss cheese

Add salt to taste.

We always use fresh roasted turkey – NOT lunch meat turkey.

Put dressing ON salad and mix well. Shake dressing really well.
